Orders:
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
We always send you an email as soon as your payment is successful. However, if you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam folder first. Sometimes, our emails may end up there by mistake. If you’re sure that you haven’t received the email, please let us know by filling out this form. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If you don’t receive a reply from us, please try to reach us via WhatsApp or Signal. It could be that you’re having problems receiving emails from us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because we want to ship as fast as our ropes, it’s hard to modify or cancel your order. Our team is packing your order directly when you’ve placed it and that means that when you notify us and we’ve seen your message, it’s already packed and on its way. However, if you decline your order when it arrives, it gets returned for free. Please send us a message and we let you know if we could catch your order.

How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
We always ship our products within the same working day and use the best shipping companies. Most of our orders will be delivered within the timeframe below. However, sometimes delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. If you haven’t received your order within the timeframe below, please let us know as soon as possible by filling out this form or emailing us at contact@speedropeshop.com.

How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a tracking number from us by email when we dispatch your order. You can use this tracking number to track the status and location of your delivery on the shipping company’s website.
How can I return my order?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee policy for all our products. This means that you can return any product(s) that you have bought from us within 30 days after you receive them and get a full refund of your payment, no questions asked. The product(s) that you return to us must be unused and include the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject or deduct from your refund any product(s) that are used or damaged. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the product(s) to us. When return please fill in this form and follow the steps.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods for the countries we sell to: Direct bank transfer, Apple pay, PayPal, Credit card, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, KBC/CBC, Belfius and iDeal.
How do I use a gift card or discount code?
You can fill in your coupon or discount code in the coupon field in the shopping cart and in the checkout. The discount will be applied to the total price of your order.
Do I need to pay taxes and duties for my order?
No, we’re located in the Netherlands and ship our products only within the EU, so no taxes or duties are applied to your order.

We value the CrossFit community and we know that it wouldn’t exist without our CrossFit affiliates. That’s why we want to support CrossFit affiliates with a special price so they can earn something extra. Whether you want to buy our products to sell them to your members or give prizes for in-house competitions, we always want to support you. No, we currently only support CrossFit affiliates with better pricing.

We are passionate about sponsoring CrossFit competitions and we are always looking for new opportunities to do so. We are currently interested in sponsoring major CrossFit competitions in France, Belgium, or Germany. However, we also love to support CrossFit affiliates who are organising fundraisers or in-house competitions.
