Delivery

We deliver our products to specific countries within the European Union (EU), this are the countries we deliver to. We do not deliver our products to any countries outside the EU.

We use a specific delivery service per country to deliver your products to your shipping address. You will receive a tracking number from us by email when we dispatch your product(s). You can use this tracking number to track the status and location of your delivery on the shipping companies website.

We aim to deliver your product(s) within 5 working days after we accept your order. However, this is an estimate only and we cannot guarantee the delivery time or date. The delivery time or date may vary depending on factors such as:

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee policy for all our products. This means that you can return any product(s) that you have bought from us within 30 days after you receive them and get a full refund of your payment, no questions asked.
