POLICIES Shipping & Returns

We ship as fast as our speed ropes, meaning that your order goes straight to our packers and will be packed immediately. Then, it will be placed in our distribution area where the shipping company will pick it up on weekdays. However, this also means that we can’t always adjust your address or items after you place your order, because it might be already packed before we see and process your comment. Therefore, please double-check your order details before confirming.

We always ship our products within the same working day and use the best shipping companies for each country. Most of our orders will be delivered within the timeframe below. However, sometimes delays can occur due to the shipping company’s issues. If that happens, please send us a message as soon as possible. We know how frustrating it can be to wait for your package, so we will do our best to get it delivered within 10 working days. If it still hasn’t been delivered by then, we will ship it again for free.

We primarily use the shipping companies below, but if you order a big product, for example, a Jump Rope Mat, your order could be shipped with a different shipping company due to its size. You will still receive a link to track your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer you a hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:

  • You can always return your products with us within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
  • You will get a full refund of your payment.
  • The products need to be unused and include the original packaging. Please note that we can’t take back used or damaged cables, especially for the RX Jump Rope. So make sure that you got the right size before using it.
  • To start your return process, please contact us and try to figure out what the best solution is for you.
We appreciate your feedback and we would love to hear from you why you were not satisfied. Your opinion matters to us and it helps us improve our products and services.
How to Return an Item
  1. Send us a message via this form.
  2. Write your order number and/or name and address on a piece of paper and include it inside the box.
  3. Send it with your preferred courier to the following address: Speed Rope Shop, klinkerweg 2, 1033PM Amsterdam, The Netherlands
  4. You’ll get the total amount of your order (or the products you’ve returned) reimbursed via the way you paid the order after we’ve received it.
