The rope is very good but the customer service has been the worst I found: I’ve been jumping rope for over 5 years and wanted to give it a try to this one but the rope torn apart after only 45min of session on a MAT! Contacted the customer service straight away as I couldn’t believe such a pricy rope would break after just one session and it might be a faulty one whatsoever; their reply? “OMG, what have you done?” Like if I was a 5 years old boy playing cowboys with the rope or something like that. They requested pictures of the mat (which I sent over, right after) and then never got back to me. What I did? Went to a local store and bought another uncoated cable that cost me 2€ and guess what? Nearly a month jumping rope and the cable is in perfect condition.
Contacted them again to say thanks for never reaching back and only then they promised they would send a coated cable to me. This got all started 25th of may… nearly a month has passed and I have received nothing on their behalf. When I placed the order, originally, the rope arrived in 3 days. Now for them to send a free replacement probably will arrive after summer or who knows when but quite concerning; like that rope will be coming from Australia 🇦🇺

Ha Christian! Haha, playing cowboy is pretty far fetched, but it looked like the rope has been dragged around the highway for a few kilometers. A few of us stayed home for a few weeks to recover from the trauma caused by seeing a cable like that.
Jokes aside, FYI, we usually don’t give warranty on cables but as we understand you’re probably as traumatised as we are and that’s why we shipped you a coated cable for free. We ship warranty claims from the office via regular mail and not from our warehouse, that’s why it’s taking a little longer than you’re used too. Ondertussen heb ik heel wat verschillende speed ropes in mijn bezit gehad. Wat mij direct op viel bij het eerste gebruik is doordat het handvat haaks op iets wat stugge (wat erg fijn is) draad staat je heel bewust bent van de positie van je handen en de manier van draaien. Voor mij zorgde dat voor een verbetering van mijn techniek en dus ook de aantallen van mij double unders.
Een fijne bijkomstigheid is dat onderdelen niet duur zijn en je daardoor makkelijk een extra draad mee besteld zodat je wat kan experimenteren met de lengte. Een kort afgeknipte staaldraad is immers lastig langer te maken. Daarmee wil ik ook voor mij het aller grootste pluspunt aanhalen, de lengte van de draad!! Waar vele speed ropes stoppen bij 300cm kan je hier als lang persoon (195cm) net die paar centimeter extra pakken omdat de geleverde draad 350cm is en voor mij maakt die extra lengte hét verschil.
Voor mij is dit zeker een van de betere high-end speed ropes voor een acceptabele prijs. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding vind ik dat ook heel netjes.
