The rope is very good but the customer service has been the worst I found: I’ve been jumping rope for over 5 years and wanted to give it a try to this one but the rope torn apart after only 45min of session on a MAT! Contacted the customer service straight away as I couldn’t believe such a pricy rope would break after just one session and it might be a faulty one whatsoever; their reply? “OMG, what have you done?” Like if I was a 5 years old boy playing cowboys with the rope or something like that. They requested pictures of the mat (which I sent over, right after) and then never got back to me. What I did? Went to a local store and bought another uncoated cable that cost me 2€ and guess what? Nearly a month jumping rope and the cable is in perfect condition.
Contacted them again to say thanks for never reaching back and only then they promised they would send a coated cable to me. This got all started 25th of may… nearly a month has passed and I have received nothing on their behalf. When I placed the order, originally, the rope arrived in 3 days. Now for them to send a free replacement probably will arrive after summer or who knows when but quite concerning; like that rope will be coming from Australia 🇦🇺

Ha Christian! Haha, playing cowboy is pretty far fetched, but it looked like the rope has been dragged around the highway for a few kilometers. A few of us stayed home for a few weeks to recover from the trauma caused by seeing a cable like that.
Jokes aside, FYI, we usually don’t give warranty on cables but as we understand you’re probably as traumatised as we are and that’s why we shipped you a coated cable for free. We ship warranty claims from the office via regular mail and not from our warehouse, that’s why it’s taking a little longer than you’re used too. However if you still didn’t receive it, we’re going to ship it again via a tracked package.
